Raisin Banana Bread Recipe: Follow These Easy Steps

It's very quick and easy to follow this recipe to make banana raisin loaf. If you're in the mood to make your own bread you can try this recipe for your family to enjoy.

You'll need:

1 cup of raisins

2 tablespoons of milk

3/4 cup crushed banana

2 beaten eggs

1/3 cup of olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Combine milk, eggs, banana, oil and raisins. Next combine the dry ingredients,(flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt) and stir this into the first mixture. Pour this mixture into a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.

Guava Drink

6-8 guavas

3 cups boiling water

Sugar to taste

A bit of dried orange, lime or grapefruit peel

Wash and cut up guavas. Add to boiling water. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. Push through strainer. Sweeten the juice. Cool. Use plain or mix with other juice such as orange or pineapple.

Papaya or Papaw

1 papaw

2 cups of water

Sugar to taste

Peel the papaw, discard the seeds and cut it in small pieces. Place pieces in a saucepan with the water. Bring to a boil. Blend in a blender, add sugar to taste. This can be diluted with water or combined with other juices for a delicious drink.

Pineapple Drink

4 cups of boiling water

Peelings from 1 pineapple

Some dried orange or lemon peel

Put pineapple, orange peels in a pot and pour on boiling water. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Strain, sweeten to taste and serve to your family! What is your favorite juice? Leave comments below.
