Copper In Your Diet

Are you receiving adequate amounts of copper in your daily diet? Copper is a very essential mineral. It is present throughout the whole body and most of it is located in the brain, heart, muscles, kidney, liver and blood. If you are deficient in copper you would usually experience certain symptoms that may include anemia, wrinkled skin, dry and gray hair, hair loss, heart disease, arthritis, liver cirrhosis etc. It has been documented that copper is very beneficial in healing the body and a low amount of copper intake has also been linked to emotional disorders and mental disorders.

It is important to note that copper tablets should NOT be taken because they are considered to be very TOXIC. Liquid ionic copper is the best source to take since it is easily absorbed in the body. Copper is also found in iron rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, liver and seafood.
